She has worked on numerous infrastructure projects providing advice on strategy development and path to market, undertaken delivery model development for businesses cases and worked with clients on their major projects to develop tailored procurement and delivery solutions.
Matt is a Chartered Engineer with over 18 years’ experience in planning and managing infrastructure projects. He has supported various clients in the delivery of major projects of varying complexity across all stages of the project lifecycle. Through leading bid teams to produce robust cost estimates under various delivery models he has the ability to advise on genuine value for money outcomes for projects.
Amelia is a civil engineer with 8 years’ experience in the industrial, commercial, infrastructure and mining industries in Australia. Amelia has held project delivery, contract management and project management roles within a top tier engineering and construction company. Amelia has strong experience from concept to completion of projects with complex delivery models and high contract values.
Yen holds a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Arts and has over a decade of experience in consulting and construction. With foundations working for a major construction contractor delivering large scale infrastructure assets, her experience ranges across contract claims and dispute resolution, asset management, cost estimating and contract administration.
Brendan has extensive experience in design and construction management. With a diverse portfolio of project work across sectors and delivery methods, Brendan is an integral leader. Brendan’s background provides an appreciation of both client, consultant and contractor objectives to facilitate a collaborative approach in order to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Sean has over 20 years infrastructure experience within government and professional services covering transport, defence, indigenous communities and health. He has extensive experience in the planning phase of the project lifecycle covering strategic planning, business cases and stakeholder engagement. This is complemented by his involvement in all other phases of the project lifecycle and significant organisational and project leadership experience.
