Ipswich Turf Club Redevelopment

Support development of the Concept Design working collaboratively with the appointed architect;
Development of baseline project estimates and delivery schedule;
Development of the project delivery strategy as a Design then Construct approach;
Develop and lead procurement and transaction activities with the market to appoint the most suitable tenderer;
Support to develop the Contract Documentation;
Early Works assistance to support demolition works and utilities locating amongst other activities;
Support to engage with stakeholders, racing club representatives, industry representatives to report on progress of the works including Council in relation to the Development Application and updates as required; and
Support in relation to reporting to the Board and seeking approvals.
