Services Provided

• Lead the development of a detailed business case to assess the cost-benefits of the preferred option and support TRC’s application for state and federal funding.
• Provide project governance and leadership support including Project Board and Alliance Leadership Team representation.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to Council.
• Lead and steer the transaction management to assist Council in the procurement and selection of an Alliance construction partner
• Evaluate the procurement submissions including preparation of risk adjusted pricing models.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements and final PAA.
• Provide delivery phase support including commercial, design and approvals advice.
• Develop and manage the project controls and reporting regime.
