Project Description

The Brisbane Metro Project comprises a high frequency metro network along 21 kilometres of dedicated busway, delivering two new high-capacity metro lines that will link with suburban bus and train services.

The project will introduce a new fleet of about 60 trackless, rubber-tyred metro vehicles that can use the busway alongside regular bus services.

Brisbane Metro project is being delivered via several packages, including metro vehicle fleet, inner city and suburban infrastructure works, systems, early works and the metro depot.

Services Provided

  • As part of an integrated procurement team alongside Council, Tell Advisory was engaged as Transaction Interface Manager to provide strategic commercial advice and transaction management support for the procurement of the inner-city and suburban infrastructure works package.
  • These works were delivered through a Collaborative Partnership contract.
  • Lead the Early Contractor Involvement Interactive phase and provided further support through the tender assessment, contract negotiation and transition to delivery phases.
  • Provide constructability and methodology review to support the development of project scope, budget and definition of the Brisbane Metro project requirements.
