• Lead the review of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) functional and organisational structure.
• Complete a gap analysis of the PMO project controls and identify potential improvements.
• Liaise with the business on identified gaps and potential improvements for feedback.
• Prepare an implementation and recommendation plan to set out a new approach to project controls.
• Assess current performance and identify enabling actions to increase delivery efficiencies and capability.
• Provide advice on immediate actions to improve capital delivery assurance and accuracy of delivery forecasts.
• Review existing Project Management and Assurance Framework.
• Lead the development and implementation of Pilot Programs.
