Project Description

The Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project is a jointly funded infrastructure project between the Australian Federal and NSW Government to procure from the private sector the design, construction, integration, financing, operation and maintenance.

The Project is divided into the following five main packages, the which include the Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance works (SSTOM Works)

Parklife Metro (PLM) is the entity contracted to deliver the SSTOM project.

Services Provided

  • Scope review for tunnel, bridge, viaduct, station structure, landscaping and precinct works
  • Development of O&M Civil Maintenance strategy and preventative, and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Support development of contract documents and provide input into management of key risks.
  • Develop asset maintenance schedule including detailed maintenance activities.
  • Develop O&M cost plan for the 15 year period.
  • Determine safety implications and performance, accessibility, maintainability, and life cycle cost of the building and civil works
  • Development input and review of the Project Management Plan, Asset Management Plan, and Maintenance Works Plans for the delivered building and civil works assets.
