Services Provided

• Provide advice in relation to early market engagement and sounding
• Participate in design review meetings and site selection workshops
• Provide input into the economics assessment in terms of timing and impacts to resultant water cost
• Assess the delivery strategy for the project considering the delivery model and packaging options
• Carry out workshop with the team leads to finalise the delivery strategy
• Develop an implementation plan based on the strategy.
• Draft the associated business case chapters and ensure alignment with the Queensland Business Case Development Framework (BCDF)
• Provide advice in relation to funding options and Public Sector Comparator implications.
