Darren is an internationally experienced business leader specialising in the engineering, resource and construction industries. Having worked in senior executive and director roles with some of Australia’s largest and most successful engineering and construction companies, Darren brings a wealth of business acumen to define and develop strategic commercial and project objectives.

Matt is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in planning and managing infrastructure projects.  He has supported various clients in the delivery of major projects of varying complexity across all stages of the project lifecycle. Through leading bid teams to producing robust cost estimates under various delivery models he has the ability to advise on genuine value for money outcomes for projects.

Nick is Civil Engineer and project delivery specialist, with experience in project development, commercial/financial systems, project controls and processes within major infrastructure projects. Nick brings extensive experience in Engineering and Commercial Management and has developed, implemented, and supported efficient and effective commercial frameworks in all contemporary forms of contracts.

Andew is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive delivery, operational, and general management experience across the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Having been involved in the procurement and delivery of complex multi-discipline projects across various sector including transport, utilities, water and maintenance, working for major construction companies and client-side organisations, Andrew brings a balanced perspective with a strong focus on best value options for clients.

Courtney is a mechanical engineer with experience delivering complex water, power and transport infrastructure projects. She leverages her site-based project management experience to offer front-end commercial advice to government and private asset owners. This includes providing strategic investment advice, due diligence reviews, transaction management, contract development and dispute resolution services.

Coetzee is a multi-skilled Chartered Civil Engineering Associate and Certified Practicing Project Director with solid industry experience within Australia , South Africa and New Zealand. His project engagements entail full life cycle involvement on civil engineering, construction, dams, mining, transport, pipelines, water projects.  His ability to adapt to any given situation and his capacity to actively learn and develop new skills enables him to confidently perform all facets of the roles he undertakes.

Damien is a project manager and civil engineer with experience working on large infrastructure projects. Through his experience delivering projects across the roads, airports, bridges and rail sector, he understands the challenges that present across all stages of a project and is committed to providing solutions that best suit client needs.

Silka is a project manager and civil engineer specialising in the delivery of complex projects.  Silka has successfully delivered major infrastructure and commercial building projects in Brisbane and Sydney.  Her experience includes planning and construction management of projects for both Government and publicly listed private owners. She has worked with both head contractor and subcontractor companies – providing her with detailed understanding of the risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Katherine is a civil engineer with over a decade of experience in construction and design phases, delivering key major civil infrastructure projects across Australia and the United Kingdom. She excels at tackling complex sociotechnical systems challenges, adeptly breaking down intricate problems and leveraging her experience and skill set to effectively balance pragmatism and forward-thinking in her strategic approaches.

Samantha is a planning and scheduling expert. She has over a decade of in the field experience in construction in a range of sectors including mining, gas, civil infrastructure and rail. Her experience includes working with tier one contractors on complex multi-discipled projects across Australia.

Sonia is an experienced Office Manager, working in executive and administration roles within the infrastructure industry for over 20 years’.  Sonia provides the Tell Advisory team with confidential, detailed support services and is first point of contact for our clients.
